Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate with plants and send product samples, packaging mock up from / to VN and SEA markets (ID, PH, TH) and occasionally China BU (TW, HK, China)
• Liaison with supplier, especially packaging to coordinate for design, master file, color proof approval and revision for VN as well as SEA (about 4 projects x 6 markets)
• Track / buy Fresh competitive product in South and coordinate for samples if only available in North, especially during workshop or 2-3 times per month when required to benchmark own development vs. competitors. (planned 3 NPDs and 5 QI in 2020 and expected 3-5 NPDs WIP for 2021)
• Work with Sales field to perform product quality tracking from / to factory and retailers for Choco bakery platform (3 key projects)
• Support to work with activation agency to execute and supervise the activation activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• at least 6 months - 1 year working experience in Marketing field, candidates with experience in working with R&D, packaging teams is a plus
• Degree in Economics or Management
• Brand marketing, customer marketing or sales experience in an FMCG environment
• Have experience in packaging development/printing
• Good knowledge of English, computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
