Department : Marketing
Reporting to : Brand Manager
Based location : Ho Chi Minh Office
A/ General Job Scope:
- The Marketing Staff, Biscuits, VN assists the Brand Manager, Marketing, Biscuits, VN consolidating and tracking key brand projects / activities of the Marketing team.
- The Marketing Assistant, Biscuits, VN reports to the Brand Manager, Marketing, Biscuits, VN and is required to collaborate with the cross functional business team.
B/ Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Process
- Manage AC budget and booking related accruals for marketing team
- Follow finance process to make sure all activies happening on tine
* I2M (Idea to Market)
- Does tracking I2M Projects (for international brands and local gem) by coordinating with PCM team
- Able to submit ad-hoc reports to provide Brand Manager most-updated status of existing projects
- Brand Activities Management
- Assist Brand manager to conduct all activities relating to brand building

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Fresh graduate has passions in Marketing Field is also welcomed
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English
- Drive for results
- Peer relationships
- Coordinating & Organizing
- Learning on the fly
