Marketing Staff/ Senior Staff

1. Manage existing products of menu seasoning section in term of Brand & Product performance included:
• Propose activities – Execution plan - Report that support to enhance Brand image & Sale performance.
• Activities related to Product improvement included:
- Quality: Work with Food products development department to confirm the target quality that Marketing would like to achieve based on consumer insight.
- Design: Work with design house, print house to achieve target design.
• Research design & report included: Understand insight, usage habit of product, consumer taste preference, shopping habit....
• Making yearly marketing plan: Analyze product situation to find out issue & opportunity to have suitable direction & marketing strategy for product.
2. Develop New product:
• Conduct necessary research, survey to consider market potential & consumer’s need.
• Develop product concept.
• Work with related department for development stage (recipe, production operation….).

1. Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or related majors;
2. Job requirements:
- Good communication of both English and Vietnamese
- Knowledge about Marketing and New product development
- Have at least 01 year of Sale/Marketing experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
