Mô tả công việc
1/ Lead marketing communications for designated business units in Vietnam and drive the optimisation of Schneider Electric Marketing Communications planning and management across different business divisions to deliver tangible contribution to the business performance as well as enhance measured brand share of earned media.
2/ Be an ambassador of Marketing Transformation for designated business units to secure the collaboration of other functions to maximize ROI of projects.
3/ Work in collaboration with internal sales team and product offer managers to develop holistic marketing communication strategy that is well aligned to the core business strategy and overall brand strategy.
4/ Participate in continuous improvement by taking a methodical and data-driven approach while ensuring closed loop marketing system and processes to facilitate post campaign analysis and global process compliancy.
5/ Contribute to defining designated business units' requirements that support the rollout of new Corporate or Regional Initiatives and optimize SE Marketing investments.
6/ Assist in quarterly marketing reviews, provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for improvement across a broad range of marketing areas.
7/ Assist to promotes agility and scalability thru a shift from traditional to digital marketing and continuous learning from new approaches.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Content Lead (30% of the time):
- Developing, executing, and supporting content for SEVL and SEIT including but not limited to tactics such as:
- Clipping: product reviews/hand-ons, success stories, global video adaptations, interviews
- Infographics, snackbytes
- Guidebooks
- Local pictures and other assets
- Establishes targets and continuously analyzes, measures, and reports KPI and ROI of the activities and programs carried out by use of tracking processes and systems.
2) Social Media Lead (30% of the time): Facebook, Linkedin, Google+, Twitter, Forums, etc
- Develop annual Social Media strategy & plan
- Create and adapt content, then post to FB using digital platform
- Work with digital agency for promoted posts
- Establishes targets and continuously analyzes, measures, and reports KPI and ROI of the activities and programs carried out by use of tracking processes and systems.
3) Field Marketing Support (20% of the time):
Support the development of Merchandise/Visual Presentation of SE brand in Retail channel.
4) Customer Response (20% of the time):
Work closely with CCC team to ensure timely & effective the capture of MarCom Program Responses, the pre-qualification of Targeted Leads, and the Opportunity follow-up by Sales. Ensure the end to end process from customerprospect engagement to Sales.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ University degree
2/ Experience in :
- Marketing Communication (paid, owned, earned, and social media)
- Digital Marketing
- Sales & Marketing (Pre-sales / post-sales support)
- Computer literacy.
- Communication skills (interact with both internal and external customers).
- English skills. Be able to communicate verbally and written
