Marketing Specialist

Planning:.

• In charge of developing master and detailed Marketing Strategic Plan and Activities in collaboration with the CEO.

• In charge of planning and implementing activities (both online and offline campaigns) to profitably increase comsumption within budgeted parameters.

• In charge of the social media content planning (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) in collaboration with the Designer

• Analyze sales & marketing information, projections, and orther meaningful data and prepare forecasts for the brands, production, marketing activities and budgets.

Execution and Coordination:

• Execute and monitor branding and lead generation campaigns

• Create marketing content and materials (marketing slides, brochures, guides, blog posts, social media posts, etc…) in coordination with the Designer

• Maintain website content, run SEO campaigns to generate sustainable traffic to the website, landing pages, and blog

Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track and optimize the performance of digital channels and assets, including social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, and email newsletters

• Manage tracking tools and conversion pixels along the conversion path

• Frequently track and optimize SEO that can maximize reach and search exposure

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role 

• Good English communication is an advantage

• Experience/ Knowledge in making a video is an advantage

• Experience/ Knowledge in digital and inbound marketing

• Competency in practicing with digital channels and marketing tools

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• An aptitude for learning and using new software tools and/or social media

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
