Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a result-oriented marketing specialist who loves new challenges to work in our education company. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent planning skills, excellent communications and coordination skills, be a team player as well as be self-motivated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and implementing Smartay Education’s overall branding and products.

Key job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain the presence of Smartay Education on all social and media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, newspaper,…) on a daily basis, following Marketing manager and Board of management’s guideline.
- Plan and create online and offline marketing content, activities and campaigns to generate leads, promote brands and products (Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO,…).
- Come up with content for special campaigns (both online and offline)
- Looking for a thorough understanding and proven experience with SEO strategies and optimisation.
- Create analytical reports to get an understanding for the ongoing health of campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Write daily contents for Facebook (contents include educational topics, events, general information,…)
- Frequently review the effect of all marketing channels
- Manage and send emails (monthly Newsletter, event invitation,…) to our database to promote products, special campaigns and offers, etc.
- Visit schools and run information meetings for students, parents and teachers in schools and in office when required (including taking photos, recording videos, conducting interviews,…)
- Analyse marketing reports and propose changes in strategy if necessary. Produce monthly marketing report for Marketing manager and Board of Manager.
- Any other tasks as required by the Board of Manager and Marketing manager.

- At least 1 year experience in Marketing and/or Communications field
- Knowledge and experiences in digital marketing (Facebook ads, google ads, SEO, …)
- Graduate from top universities in Vietnam, ideally graduate from an overseas university
- Good English skills, especially in writing and speaking
- Excellent Planning, Coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good understandings about the education sector in Vietnam, Education sector in the UK, current trend in education sector in Vietnam,…
- Proven experience in creating contents
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Ability to prioritise, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
- Energetic, flexible personality and entrepreneurial spirit
