Job Description
1.Marketing Strategic Planning
-Establish yearly/ quarterly/ monthly brand & marketing strategic plans with clear sets of KPIs and measurement system based on
profound analysis about market, competitors, trends, and consumer behavior.
-Monitor and execute development of brand communication, PR, media, digital marketing, promotion, events and campaign plans translated from defined strategy.
-Planning, execute and manage marketing budget
2. Digital Marketing Planning and Marketing Operation
-Develop, execute and manage digital marketing campaign
-Execute funnel marketing plan and manage CRMs system
-Build and manage marketing automation and chat bot system
-Execute social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
-Write, design and manage online content (websites, apps, fanpage, chat bot scenarios, social media…)
-Build and manage paid search and online display campaigns by utilizing marketing tools such as SEO, PPC,
Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other web trends analytical tools
-Execute and manage internal and external marketing events and campaigns

Job Requirement
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing- Proven marketing achievement, records, interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Fluent in English communication, presentation and persuasion.
-Visionary, creative, commercial acumen, good balance of strategic thinking and operational/executional hands-on.
-Mature, positive and can-do attitude
