Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for an exceptional Go-to-Market and Digital Marketing Specialist with demand generation experience to join our thriving team, based from our Vietnam head offices in Ho Chi Minh City.

Finaxar is looking for an intelligent, invested, and charismatic Marketing Specialist to scale our Marketing team and spearhead our organization’s event strategy. We work in a fun and fast-paced environment, communicating directly with small and mid-sized business owners every day.

Marketing
• Work closely with the Marketing & Business teams to coordinate and spearhead local marketing program
• Spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation and customer advocacy.
• Responsible for coordinating and executing all paid advertisements including search, social, and display advertising campaigns, EDM in Vietnamese. The primary objectives being to generate leads by driving traffic and improving conversion rates. Provide analysis, visibility and insights utilizing digital tools and analytics software.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and recommend changes to website architecture, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Assist Marketing team in organising production of marketing materials; Work with in-house designer or designated agencies to ensure event display accurately represents the Finaxar brand
• Negotiate and execute contracts with external vendors as necessary
• Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team
• Spearhead Finaxar's event and tradeshow strategy independently or with business partner(s), and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.

• Bachelor degree in any of marketing, mass media, and communication
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral in English & Vietnamese
• 3+ years’ proven experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing or marketing in the Financial sector.
• Proven SEO & SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across search engines.
• Knowledge of technical standards across print and web design
• Understanding digital marketing and local marketing channels including events/media spaces advertising.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Working knowledge of managing paid campaigns like search engine marketing (SEM) as well as Facebook or Zalo.
• Good commercial acumen, self-starter and strong problem solving skills
• Confident, positive, hard-working attitude
• Extensive knowledge of integrated marketing strategy would be an added bonus
