Mô tả công việc
Conduct new project scouting and identification of potential new business through innovative products/application development and technical competency.
Implement Sales and Marketing strategy according to the plan and policy.
- Specify details of strategy for Industry Segment.
- Define market opportunities for current products in new markets and at new customers.
- Provide and analyze customer price trends and competition prices.
- Responsible for providing demand forecast data and volume allocation to segment customers.
- Break down general sales targets and define quantities and price targets for the segment.
- Contribute to planning of project budget.
- Handle customer complaints and assist the Technical Lead for trouble shooting and conducting new project scouting and identification of potential new business through innovative products/application development.
Work relations:
- Business Development Manager: in all sales and technical activities within the country.
- Key major customers: building relationship and engage into major business decision.
- GAM/KAM: work closely with ASEAN transplant Manager and KAM’s to exchange the information and proceed the Strategy for each Global/ Regional Key Account
- SCC: Co-ordinate customer’s orders and shipment, forecasts, support of bill collection.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Technical and / or commercial University degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the use of technical marketing tools, good understanding of the sales and marketing principles, report writing skills and experience in setting and monitoring budgets.
- 04 years of experience in the relevant sector of industry.
- Good interpersonal are required to activate, influence and persuade customers.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, developing business relationships with key customers and understanding of their supplier, customer, and end user relationship.
- Ability to conduct business with high degree of responsibility and independence.
- Language Ability: Good command of English and Chinese

- 04 years of experience in the relevant sector of industry.
