Marketing Specialist

- Monitoring and consult programs, marketing plan

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages/online marketing materials and optimize user experience

- Provide creative and new ideas to maximize online reach for websites & mobile apps.

- Develop digital marketing contents for social media to grow audience base, web traffic, conversions and positive branding.

- Create content that shares life /culture at our company via livestream, video, infographic, blog posts, etc

- Planning and overseeing the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, slides and ads.

Marketing content

- Content of website, social media, newsletter… some marketing materials: brochure, flyer, leaflet…

- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of internal documents and presentations

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects

- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team

- Outsource graphic designer

Organizing event

- Assist in the organizing of internal events and attend them to facilitate their success

• 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, At least 1 years in Marketing B2B

• Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing

• Experience in Google, Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, NetInsight, WebTrends analytical tools.

• Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and Social media.

• Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

• Proficiency in both verbal and written English.

• Skills and experience in creative content writing
