Marketing Specialist

40% Marketing Communications & Digital Marketing strategy development and execution
• Leverage a deep understanding of Provimi VN & SEA business strategies and GTM (Go-To-Market) intent, supporting with series of communication campaigns (Online & Offline) that will enable the strategy execution and support the GTM goals.
• Identify and utilize the appropriate practices to deliver the communication campaign successfully, across a variety of internal and external channels, and help support businesses with local implementation.
• Drive and monitor the campaign’s target audience efficacy metrics and develop follow-up plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with marketing activation agencies, content agencies, digital agencies to ensure we have a network of expertise to enable marketing activations
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry’s standard external communication networks contacts, including Asian Agribusiness, eFeedLink, VIV and 3rd party agencies, whichever applies to local needs
• Protect and build Provimi’s brand equity

30 % GTM communication business partnership and execution
• Partner with Strategic Marketing and Technology’s (SMT) product manager and technology team to develop communication plans for NPSS (New products, solutions and services) GTM campaigns
• Responsible for local NPSS tactical marketing material content development; examples include brochures, leaflets, promotion materials, website updates, press releases, product packaging or giveaways
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers’ communication leads to better understand customer requirements and the market situation to deliver the most appropriate marketing communication material
• Support Go-To-Market team on all marketing communication activities including trade shows, customer events and preparing tactical marketing materials (focus on content planning and development)

20% Marketing Analytics & Competitive Intelligence
• On a monthly basis, review Provimi’s website, social media, and other online channels traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online direct business
• Accountable for channel effectiveness across all digital marketing platforms and media
• Keep an eye on competitors digital marketing activities, communication campaign and ensure that local digital tactics are competitive and in parity
• Tracking, analysing and reporting key metrics such as website traffic, digital key performance indicators, marketing effectiveness and ROI;

10% Marketing communications leadership and coordination
• Support managing marketing communication budget for VN by tracking spend
• Drive and align the Provimi VN communication objectives and calendar
• Own country internal communication content development and manage the information sharing portal for the country

Minimum Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree major in marketing or related study
• 2-3 years of demonstrated expertise and proven track record in PR, Marketing, Communication roles
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal and is fluent in English and Vietnamese
• A keen eye for detail and marketing creativity, with Excellent grasp of social media and digital analytics; KPI driven
• A good knowledge of web and print-based marketing material
• Culture awareness and experience of diversity
• Creative thinking and excellent problem solving abilities
• Team player with high collaborative ability, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Unafraid to try new things or challenge the status quo

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor degree major in marketing or related study
• Knowledge of the animal nutrition business
• Knowledge in project management
• Project management skills is a plus
