POSITION SUMMARY
Marketing Specialist (Digital & Branding Marketing) is responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the digital marketing strategy, various online and offline Marketing activities and events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Promote VinUni brand and programs through a host of online and offline media channels
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy including setting up Marketing platforms and run them effectively and efficiently
Manage and execute Marketing and PR plans and implement them under guided direction and consultation
Plan and execute Marketing and PR campaigns and activities on online and offline channels in coordination with other team members
Responsible for the briefing, production of Marketing & PR materials, multi-product materials, VinUni branding materials; including but not limited to sales letter, brochures, posters
Lead events, office events, offsite sales events, school visits and presentations
Manage and answer enquiries on Facebook Messenger, adverts and posts
Maintain the presence of the university on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) on a daily basis, following the Corporate Marketing’s guideline and under the Marketing Director’s direction
Maintain the accuracy and updates on VinUni website, product sites and SEO pages
Translate and review landing pages, campaigns, special materials as requested
Manage and send monthly newsletter to our database to promote products, special campaigns and offers
Analyze monthly Digital, EDM, leads report to propose changes in strategy if necessary.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Technologies or related field is required. Studying abroad, in an English speaking country, is an advantage.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Have experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Understanding of communications, Digital marketing and related issues
Excellent in Vietnamese and English
Master a coherent, progressive and creative thinking; to have a spirit and passion for education; to be able to take prompt actions with determination and be ready to take on new challenges.
Demonstrate DNA of VinUni: Integrity, Inspiration, Impact, Innovation and Integration
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
English is the language of teaching and communication at Vin University. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 7.0.
For Higher Education roles, English Language Proficiency may also be proven by having completed PhD studies while being instructed through the medium of English
