Marketing Service Assistant

Report to: Multi Channel Exellence Manager

Description:

The Marketing Services Assistant supports the Marketing Team and the Multi-Channel Excellence Manager in the execution of the country operational plan and in the administrative tasks of the department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Event Management: organize external and internal events with event agencies, track budget, coordinate activities for launch of new brands, and manage contracts as well as communication platforms.
• Digital content development: coordinate content planning with Marketing Team, create email content and layout based on basic HTML and creative media editing of images and video on different digital platforms
• Strong collaboration with functions such as Medical Affairs, Promotion, Purchasing

• Having at least 1 year working experience in relevant field
• Business Administration Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or Professional Training
• Basic understanding of HTML, creative software tool such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in editing videos preferred.
