- Organize events- occasional working overtime for marketing events may be required.
- Analyze activity carried out.
- Liaise and manage relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Liaise/communicate in a professional and friendly manner across a range of internal departments.
- Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager.
- Keep updated on latest publications/promotions in the related field.
- Assist in the design, creation and timely output of scheduled collaterals for all in-house promotions and events. Collaterals include banners, backdrops, posters, brochures, fliers, tent cards, menus, application forms, etc as well as advertisement.
- In charge for securing, maintaining and record keeping of all function of photographs. This will be the source for all pictures for PR collaterals.
- Deliver administration and support to the Marketing Department in carrying out the marketing department activities.
- Research, collate and prepare information as required.

- Experience in marketing/PR for leasing in real estate agencies or companies.
- Experience of delivering excellent administration in a fast paced working environment.
- Experience of working as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease.
- Creative thinking and knowledge of creative/design work.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
