Mô tả công việc
Reporting to Head of PR, you will be responsible for:
• Support team to develop PR strategy and goals, with the objective of enhancing and protecting Lazada’s brand and reputation in Vietnam.
• Proactive update trends, research information and work with relevant internal teams (both local & regional) to create good PR ideas/stories for the company.
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key reporter, KOLs, and other related partners to support for the company.
• Prepare PR Content Outline, Press Release, speech, QAs, articles, other related content.
• Manage PR activities including Press Conference, media trip, etc.
• Monitor potential issues and support manage crisis communications.
• Manage agencies and other resources for PR execution.
• Report weekly for regional team, MKT team about project, competitors’ activity.
• Assist to any assignment given by Head of PR

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The ideal candidate should possess the following background
• At least 4 years’ experience in PR management
• Experience in media and social media
• A creative mind and adept at content creation for the various PR channels
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
• Proven track record of corporate and relationship management (both internal and external)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• At least 4 years’ experience in PR management
• Experience in media and social media
