- Develop Rural marketing strategy annually to align with company AOP's plan and to deliver targeted growth rate.
- Develop Rural business & brand performance dashboard and closely track execution performance.Then propose, align & lead proper actions to drive for business & brand deliverables.
- Monthly perform analysis from Retail Audit & Brand Health to understand brands' performance and propose appropriate actions.
- Develop understanding about Rural consumers’ behavior and translate these understandings/insights into AOP strategy.
- Own Rural Marketing focus campaigns calendar from Brand. Then closely liaise with Media team to ensure sufficient reach & relevant content toward rural consumers.
- Lead, innovate Rural consumer offtake model & sampling programs & propose new approach to expand brand penetration.
- Explore new digital channel to create consumer relevant content & ensure geographically-focused reach.
- Lead Brand visibility matrix in Rural & Liaise with Trade/Field Marketing to ensure execution on-time-in-full.
- Propose & manage Rural specific promotion and activations during the cycle (Festives, Summer & Tet).
- Lead strategic product roadmap & closely work with Regional team to prepare for upcoming legal changes for total company portfolio.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field is required
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG MNC with both Marketing and Trade Marketing.
- Influential & alignment skill with cross-function & high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent of English & communication
- Excellent at project management
- Can-do attitude with strong influencing skill, delivering the results and able to make change
- Self-motivated
- Mobile and willing to travel frequently
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG MNC with both Marketing and Trade Marketing.
