POSITION TITLE: MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER/ EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO EVP OF MARKETING

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):
The Marketing Project Manager/ EPA to EVP of Marketing is responsible for leading & maintaining the campaign roadmap for the multiple CMG brands as well as project manage the delivery and measure the impact of the same. Abiding to a high-performance culture and focusing on great execution towards clear revenue generation, he/she contributes to the company’s top and bottom line by:

• Working with relevant stakeholders at Brand level to align on campaign priorities and strategies;
• Creating project management structures at Channel level to coordinate & track delivery of designed strategies;
• Working with Channels to design and test best-in-class targeting solutions based on data/test assumptions;
• Designing, implementing and maintaining analytical and report tools to audit and assess performance;
• Translating campaign insights and evaluation into effective, client-facing presentations and proactively approaching Brand stakeholders with recommendations for improved strategies;
• Working with senior management on defining budget allocation or optimization opportunities across channels.

REPORTS TO: Executive Vice President of Marketing (EVP of Marketing) - expat

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:

A. 10% - Campaign Planning
1) Work with Brands to create quarterly / monthly marketing planning structure & associated execution plans.
2) Serve as liaison between Channel Managers and Top Management to raise, propose or fix execution problems or unblock resources in order to deliver on execution plans in a timely manner.
3) Support the campaign workflow process by creating necessary documentation and implementing a project management structure that allows regular coordination and progress tracking.
4) Drive performance by being the key point of contact for all Brands regarding timings, execution agenda, progress updates and performance tracking.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
 Campaign roll out: 100% on time
 Brand Goals: 90% achieved or more

B. 40% – Channel Coordination
1) Facilitate the liaison between different Channels, Brand stakeholders and Senior Management.
2) Feed Channels with Brand/Client feedback and drive solution brainstorming to improve on needed points.
3) Work with different Channels to implement coordination structures and ensure communication flow and continuous alignment of all teams’ objectives and working agenda.
4) Work with channels to build a roadmap on process, targeting and execution improvements; monitor the implementation of the same.
5) Implement a data-driven culture across all channels by adopting a robust test-validate-refine approach underpinned by systematic post campaign evaluation.

C. 30% – Performance Tracking and Reporting
1) Work with Channels to implement output tracking and performance monitoring reports.
2) Monitor Channel’s performance reports and keep track of the target metrics established per campaign.
3) Deep-dive into different Channel’s performance analytics to understand why certain performance variations or differences and work with different Channels to create improvements or actionable insights for the Brands.

D. 10% - Building Team & Culture
1) Recruitment: help identifying gaps and recruiting ‘A Players’ capable of adding further value to the team.
2) Training & Development: help design, create and oversee comprehensive Marketing Planning & Execution training programs across the organization.
3) Succession Planning: Ensure an effective succession plan is in place to accommodate the growth of the team. Work with the management team to keep the succession plans current.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

 University Degree from top school, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g. Business, Marketing).
 Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in campaign planning or cross-department projects and implementation.
 Strong commercial sense, with proven ability to create insights and actions from complex datasets.
 Able to simplify complex ideas and findings and deliver the same to non-technical audiences.
 Proven track record of having established successful business relationships.
 Hands on experience of campaign management tools and other programming languages (SQL is a plus).
 Good communication and influencing skills.
 Results driven character. Process focused with a tireless focus on output quality.
 Demonstrated success in a directly relevant role.
