• Assist with planning, building, executing and optimizing market development campaigns to drive growth and engagement of our audience.
• Work closely with other business functions
• Share data, feedback and presenting results to team members across functions to help improve our overall user experience and quality of services.
• Collaborate on building digital customer journeys and other customer touchpoints with an eye towards delighting customers and creating seamless, frictionless customer experiences
• Work in an agile environment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Professional Communication in a relevant discipline is considered an asset
• 2-3 years of related experience, including internships
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You are proactive in taking initiatives and don’t give up easily
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Skill in structuring and layering complex business problems
• Ability to identify and understand a problem quickly and develop approaches to resolve the problem
• Ability to multitask and function in a flexible manner and able to deal with work pressure
• High level of proficiency with MS Office tools
