Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this incumbent is responsible for enhancing the planning & analysis capability in the Marketing department that can help translate to tangible continuous improvements in our Marketing performance. He or she will develop & lead a team dedicated to driving and collaborating with other functions. In addition, the incumbent will also be the coordinator of total Marketing budget management and be in charge of a minor budget of logistical operations for Marketing activities.
• In collaboration with cross-functions, identify and set up appropriate tools and processes to capture necessary Marketing activities' measurable objectives/KPIs, timeline, resources and the methodologies to track progress & performance to allow systematic review & analysis can take place.
• Drive the standard & exploratory analysis of Marketing activities and their performance across the nation, territories, channels, segmentation etc. to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and facilitate timely and quality reactions for continuous improvements - through effective means of communication & format (in other words, effective way of working) in collaboration with cross-functions.
• Integrate, understand, and consult Marketing sub-functions to enhance quality of planning, decision-making, and execution on the trade through appropriate processes of appraisals/approval/compliance/performance review, and providing necessary insights, reports, toolkits - while aiming for speed to market.
Be in charge of the overall implementation of these processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing sub-functions in ensuring total Marketing budget is effectively planned, monitored, and reviewed.
• Build team through effective recruitment, talents development and retention.
• Manage the Marketing's logistical budget

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Preferably 4-5 years with exposure in FMCG in Marketing.
• Must have Advanced data analysis skill set and strong analytical mindset with proven track record of tangible contribution to past businesses.
• Must have People management & Project management experience with proven track record of building team & talents and working with stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Having Business Consultancy experience is a plus.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English & proficient computer skills.
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office applications & other planning/data analysis tools
