Marketing Officer

• Provides assistance in the following areas: Advertising, Casino Marketing, Special Events and Promotions;
• Helps with organization and implementation of all promotions, entertainment and special events;
• Helps to keep the casino floor updated with current advertising and other forms of information;
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Marketing Manager or General Director
• Responsible for establishing an excellent rapport with guests;
• Assembles consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations;
• Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports;
• Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages;
• Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory;
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
• To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management;

- At least 2 years of experience in HR
- University degree
- Good interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport in the workplace.
- Demonstrate ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
- Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
