Mô tả công việc
General mission: We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
This position takes the lead in marketing and promoting PEFC and Vietnam forest certification system; and ensuring the increase of national visibility and demand for PEFC and VFCS-certified fiber products in the national, regional, and international markets.
Details:
● Conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion, growth and marketing strategies;
● Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success;
● Organizing and attending marketing activities or events as organization’s representative to raise brand awareness;
● Responsible for the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion; oversee and update VFCS website;
● Outreaching to target and potential customers; and liaise with stakeholders to promote the success of activities and enhance the organization’s presence;
● Private sector engagement linking to associations and consulting groups;
● Business development through fundraising/partnerships.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field;
● Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role;
● Great interest in Environment and Sustainable development;
● Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods (including social media and web analytics);
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM);
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
● A great team player;
● Excellent verbal and writing communication in Vietnamese and English;
● Experience in forestry or certification related industries is a plus.
● Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role;

VFCS, the Vietnam Forest Certification System, is a national forest certification system, established under the project on sustainable forest management and forest certification by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
