JOB DESCRIPTIONS/MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade programs, developing field sales action plans.
• Sustain rapport with key stakeholders (such as parents) by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
• Be responsible for the contents and manage all marketing channels (school website, Facebook, blogs, electronics news/email and other means of social communication) and make sure the consistency in the image or brand name.
• Study the market, monitor the competitors and suggest solutions
• Work closely with the management team and represent the school to help resolving any issues that might arise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/YÊU CẦU CỦA CÔNG VIỆC
• Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Advertisement, social relation, communication or related faculty
• Fluent in English, good writing skills both in Vietnamese and English
• Good at marketing related design softwares: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Ai), CorelDraw….
• At least 2 years of marketing experiences
• Having knowledge and passion for the kindergarten business
• Good knowledge about digital technology, web, google analysis…
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, ability to build up and maintain relationships
• Innovative, and dynamic
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Can work overtime for meetings, workshops, or events when required
