THE ROLE
The Marketing Officer is responsible for implementing digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and increase enrolments for SEUP programs. This includes idea brainstorming, developing content, designs, ad optimization and performance reporting. The Marketing Officer is able to liaise with agencies, creative team and other stakeholders to ensure specific campaigns executed effectively and in a timely manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Execute and facilitate marketing strategy and tactics to increase brand awareness and enrolments for School of English and University Pathways – New Initiative programs.
• Optimize digital marketing campaigns via Facebook and Google monthly, estimate CPL and CPC appropriately for different Audiences, flexibly manage Assets for multiple campaigns, utilize resources efficiently and achieve highest possible ROIs.
• Build content for landing pages for events and products to attract the right target audience, actively modify content on landing pages and relevant sites to ensure one-voice communication, select suitable content on different devices, generate friendly content flow and manage tracking on Google Analytics and boost conversion.
• Brainstorm and contribute to idea development for integrated marketing campaigns, search for social media hooks as well as develop ideas to expand to any potential platforms.
• Produce content in text, visual artwork, video or etc. in line with marketing strategy and brand guideline, and supervise the content building process from draft to finalization to ensure image high quality, overall comprehensible content and effective call-to-action.
• Create and follow social calendar to amplify key marketing messages, drive engagement, enforce brand values, and maintain good relationship with followers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver objectives, overview workflows to ensure efficiency, teamwork and project deadlines, as well as generate performance reports and rationales.
• Provide other support as defined by the Marketing Coordinator.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Professional Communication, Public Relations, or similar
• A minimum of one years’ experience in marketing or advertising environment
• Demonstrated skills in optimizing ads on Facebook and Google and managing business pages
• Demonstrated experience in copywriting, especially in Vietnamese
• Experience with basic design and website layout concepts
• Experience of working with advertising agencies to achieve objectives
• Ability to work in teams and participate as a productive team member
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated English proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at IELTS (General) 5.5 or equivalent. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete an English test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
