Mô tả công việc
If you have expert on beauty industry will be okey, but it is not mandatory.
* Responsibilities and Duties:
Digital marketing
• First of all, (S)he need to be Qualified of digital marketing, offline marketing
• Plan, design and manage marketing strategies /campaigns for new and existing products.
• Plan, design and manage all online digital marketing activities on our service model
• Coordinate with operations, sales & marketing and business support department to ensure products to be launched as the budget.
• Focus on brand development and brand building in alignment with company’s standards.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our Fan page traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Operating the Vietnamese favorite SNS , our own MGH fan page, Instagram , YouTube etc.
* Other marketing activities
• Manage distribution channels for products. Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the Company’s products and standard.
• Analyze and ensure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
• Responsible for budget planning process and budget reviews.
• Manage the production of marketing materials
• Responsible for training including products knowledge and selling skills.
• Act as point reference for all products related enquiries.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualifications:
• Graduate 4 year University, not particular major preferred. Just related with Language, Business Administrations, and Accounting etc but not essential.
• 4-5 years Experience in the fields and area of on/offline marketing , Preferred cosmetics field & any kinds of beauty industry, but not essential
• First of all, fluent English, or Korean both verbal and written skills (Korean speaking can be acceptable, and preferred English speaking).
• Social media savvy and constantly abreast of new trends and marketing practices.
• Progressive, positive Personal characteristics.
• Matured, well organized and able to work under pressure
* Conditions
• Working Period: from Monday to Sat 13 PM. Weekdays 8 hours per day
• Start working: February 2020 ( March 22, 2020 Let Me In season 1 program is schedule to air via Today’s TV)
• Contract period time : 1 year (2 Months internship)
• Any other benefits to attract the candidate will be bonuses, 13th salary
• Salary around $1K/month
