Marketing Manager – EF Academy

The role

We are looking for a results-oriented professional who enjoys new challenges to work in our education company. You need to have excellent planning skills, excellent communications and coordination skills, be a team player as well as be self-motivated. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing EF Academy’s overall branding and Product Marketing activities. Key job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for EF’s overall branding and marketing activities in Vietnam including:

o Maintain the presence of EF Academy Vietnam on all social and media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, newspaper..) on a daily basis, following Asia Marketing team’s guideline.
o Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities and campaigns to generate leads.
o Plan and execute marketing events to promote brands and products.
o Take charge of EF publications including newsletter and blogs.
o Review product sites, landing pages, campaigns, and special materials as requested by Asia Marketing team.
o Manage and send monthly Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) in the form of newsletter to our database to promote products, special campaigns and offers, and requalify interests.
o Visit schools and run information meetings for students and teachers in schools and in office.
o Analyse marketing reports and propose changes in strategy if necessary

And other tasks as required by the Country Manager or Department’s head.

• 2-5 years experience in Marketing and/or Communications field
• Excellent Planning and Coordination skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
• Energetic, flexible personality and entrepreneurial spirit
