Mô tả công việc
To drive the international sales and marketing strategies and deliver agreed student targets for ECC and ECU. This position will report directly to the ECC Director Marketing & Admissions (DMA) at ECC in Perth, Australia.
To successfully achieve the agreed student targets this position will work closely and in consultation with the Navitas Source Country Office (SCO) (Africa). All parties contribute significantly to building the brand and profile of the college and university via its extensive offshore marketing activities and development of networks globally, with students, agents, institutions, industry, media and government departments (Australian and overseas)..

The ideal candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
• Tertiary level qualifications with at least two years’ work experience in international education.
• Demonstrated Knowledge and experience working in the International Education sector to develop sales and recruitment strategies that deliver against agreed student targets.
• Demonstrated highly interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills to work with a range of stakeholders including agents, students and parents
• Capacity to work effectively within a matrix structure, with focus on collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated high level of organisational, time and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise individual and team workloads to meet strict deadlines.
• High level proficiency in English.
• Availability to undertake extensive internal and external travel as required.
