JOB DESCRIPTION
Joining one of Asia’s most exciting startup as part of the pioneer team in Vietnam! The MVL ride-booking application (TADA) is the Asia’s 1st blockchain on-demand ride booking service. Adopting an incentive-based blockchain mobility ecosystem named MVLChain, TADA aims to ensure that both driver’s income and commuter’s fare are protected and competitive without compromising on the overall ride experience. It aims to do so by charging only a small transaction fee for the maintenance of the platform and zero-commission for all rides.
The successful candidate will be the first touch-point of MVL’s most important stakeholders, our strategic partners and customers. You will have strong people and customer service skills to help MVL create sustainable relationships through effective problem-solving, delighting stakeholders with your personal touch and help MVL deliver on our promise to create value for partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing plan to meet company’s strategies
- Manage team and provide in-house training for staff members
- Work closely with company stake-holders to understand the requirements and directions
- Work and maintain good relationship with partners and agencies to grow the business through appropriate marketing and PRs

What You'll Need
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
- Understanding of public relations.
- First-class communication skills and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external activities

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 year experiences of leading marketing or new business development
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills

Thông qua một hệ sinh thái di động được gọi là MVLchain được xây dựng trên nền tảng blockchain, ứng dụng TADA ra đời nhằm mục đích đảm bảo rằng cả thu nhập của tài xế cũng như phí đi xe của khách hàng đều được bảo đảm và cạnh tranh mà không ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm tổng thể. Cụ thể hơn, ứng dụng này sẽ chỉ thu một khoản phí giao dịch cực nhỏ dùng cho bảo dưỡng nền tảng và hoàn toàn không thu phí hoa hồng từ tài xế. Ứng dụng TADA mong muốn tạo ra một hệ sinh thái kết nối tất cả các tài xế trong ngành công nghiệp ô tô, bao gồm tài xế riêng lẻ, công ty cho thuê xe, cơ khí, xưởng xe hơi và thậm chí cả các công ty bảo hiểm. Bằng cách tích hợp tất cả các bên trong một hệ sinh thái, ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu cốt lõi liên quan đến tiêu chuẩn an toàn, tai nạn, sửa chữa và các giao dịch liên quan đến ô tô khác trên blockchain. The players include private-hire drivers, car rental companies, mechanics, car workshops and even insurance companies. By integrating all parties in an ecosystem, the app collects core data related to safety standards, accidents, repairs and other car-related transactions on a blockchain. TADA comes from the team behind mobility platform, easi6. It is a reservation service platform that is connected to over 25,000 vehicles in Asia. The platform is adopted by several major transportation providers including Myrealtrip and Ticketmonster in South Korea and Dichungtaxi in Vietnam.
