Marketing Manager

WORKPLACE
Work at the representative office of MEDEZE GROUP- headquarter in Thailand. The organization provides stem cell banking service and other medical services.

RESPONSIBILITY
Media and Advertising
• Develop all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans.
• Create and implement marketing/media plans that include print, online, video, conference, and social networking opportunities.
• Concept and write branded advertising campaigns, white papers and other technical content.
• Conduct market research to identify effective promotional methods and negotiate media contracts. • Investigate new media opportunities (print, events, online, advertorials), negotiate rates, and book space.
• Develop, write and maintain internal communication systems (newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).
• Manage corporate email signatures and mini signature campaigns.
• Create, maintain and strengthen Company’s overall brand in all forms of media (creative and technical writing, online, print, and academic).
• Organize and streamline service offerings into customer friendly concepts.
• Work with creatives in copywriting, design and layout to produce branded marketing materials
• Manage printers and other promotional vendors.
• Manage and ensure consistent branding across all office locations.
• Train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales

Web
• Manage and write the content of the corporate website and subsidiary sites to ensure that they are current, dynamic, and relevant.
• Write, execute, and deploy email marketing campaigns and web content.
• Strategize, develop and oversee production of video content for website and social media.
• Consider new ways to further develop the corporate site in order to make it a selling tool.
• Review web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic.
• Manage Google Ads, SEO, SERM and other digital tools to promote the site

Events
• Manage the coordination and organization of all event arrangements (registration, shipping, promotion, travel).
• Oversee the development and execution of corporate events including but not limited to Holiday, employee appreciations, monthly/annual company meeting.

Public Relations
• Create, write and execute publicity campaigns and press releases.
• Write and concept advertorials in addition to getting them published.
• Manage and write all social media campaigns.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field, and at least 5 years related experience.
• Demonstrated background in content management, creative writing, technical writing, advertising concepting, social media, print, media negotiations, and digital advertising.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word; and basic skills or knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience as a marketing coordinator, director or manager
• In-depth understanding of marketing concepts
• Experience with competitive analysis and creative services
• Experience with financial planning and strategy
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
