Marketing Manager

1. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
2. Executing and following the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
3. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
4. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
5. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
6. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
7. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
8. Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
9. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
10. Working closely with design, creative and digital agencies and assisting with holistic campaign.
11. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
12. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or relevant fields.
- 5 years+ in Marketing roles, preferably in retail, previous Head of position.
- Good in Microsoft office, Facebook and other social media platform knowledge.
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent in Consumer Understanding, from research and data into insight.
- Ability to deliver campaigns from creation to execution.
- Great project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance operational detail as well as strategic thinking.
