Marketing Manager

This position works closely with Sales, Finance, Operation and other internal departments to leverage activity and facilitate campaign execution

- Developing integrated marketing campaigns directed at the fitness market segment.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for individuals and corporates.
- Experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis to attract and convert potential customers
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- BA/BS in Marketing or related field required
- Experience with marketing processes, maintaining brand standards and creative development process
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, digital marketing etc.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
- 4-5 years of experience as a senior marketing manager
- Experience in fitness industry preferred
