The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to:
Develop and implement an annual marketing and branding strategy within annual marketing budget.
Monitor market and consumer intelligence and analyze the competitive landscape.
Manage, develop & promote PHL’s brands through all marketing communications including public relations, online & offline events and other programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with multiple channels including Media, Strategic partnerships, Corporate, and Individual customers.
Be responsible and take high ownership of the look and feel of agencies, distributors, signage, advertising materials to ensure high standard of brand image.
Work closely with creative team for design & production of all marketing, program collaterals.
Provide effective managing, coaching, and training to develop marketing team.
