Mô tả công việc
- Assist Director with all planning activities, including, but not limited to: preparing budgets, preparing monthly and annual reports, preparing annual business plan
- Assist in developing Sales and Marketing strategies for residential sales.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Sales Showroom (The Manor Central Park) and support the sales team.
- Serve as a point of contact for Marketing consultants utilized (branding, design, video, etc) and liase with these consultants as per Director’s instruction.
- Stay updated on general residential market activities and inform the Director accordingly.
- Work directly with customers to promote sales
- Plan, organize and coordinate sales and marketing events
- Participate in the design of and contribute ideas to marketing collaterals such as brochures and related collaterals, and arrange the procurement of such.
- Primary assignment will be Hanoi, with an emphasis on the Manor Central Park, but as needed, travel to HCMC to work on The ONE Ho Chi Minh City and to Lao Cai for The Manor Eco+ Lao Cai, as well as other projects as they develop.

- University graduate, holding MBA a plus
- At least three years experience in related Marketing and Sales, Able to prepare reports and budgeting and assist in overall Marketing planning; Sales and Marketing experience outside of the property sector also a plus
- Good interpersonal skills; Good numerical skills; Good report preparation skills; Good English; Able to work quickly but carefully to complete tasks
- Should be a good “team player”, career-minded and enthusiastic, ready to learn and ready to contribute to the growth of the Division and the Company
