Marketing Manager

 Job description:
- To forecast the market and analyze, identify and propose action plans on potential areas for improvement.
- To proceed the marketing plan in order to maintain the develop the market.
- To establish close relationship with potential partners and local authorities to popularize and offer company’s services.
- Develop and execute influencer partnerships, improve new services – sea transport services, logistics.
- Negotiate the contract with shipping partners and other vendors as required.
- To build up and maintain customer care activities, build up and develop loyalty client source: shipping company, forwarder, export – import company.
- To organize implement activities and build up hotel’s image on international and local market.
- To manage Marketing Department.
- To be ready to take other tasks subject to assignment of Management Board.

• Age: < 40
• Bachelor degree, preferably foreign trade/ languages/ economics/ maritime.
• Great fluency in English : 650 TOEIC or equivalent. Additional proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
• Good negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience at least 03 years in similar capacity (Operating, Sea transport, logistics). Have experiences in management, strong knowledge in sea transports will be an advantage.
• Good looking, possess initiative, active, can work under pressure and able to live in Hai Phong
