Mô tả công việc
We are expanding opportunities for potential Marketing Manager candidates in a fast-track hotel resort, casino and golf course development project in Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working with Management to develop Marketing Strategies on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis
• Working with Management to develop strategy papers for internal use
• Working with Management and Project Team on sales office design and mock-up units
• Spearheading branding of all Real Estate products as well as assisting Operations Marketing Dept in overall brand development for HOIANA and ensure brand standards are kept and regularly updated
• Developing/maintaining relationship with the media and being able to organize/chair press related events such as press conferences, media interviews, familiarization trip overseas and locally
• Reviewing and controlling brand identity matters in both Ads and marketing collaterals designs, publishing channels, content write-up as well as preventing/correcting the publishing of wrongful information;
• Monitoring online blogs and social media for tracking communications related to the brand of a company;
• Coordinate various integrated communication and marketing activities, main focus of digital marketing on overseas platforms and SEO
• Plan and develop marketing campaigns for the groups business units through various integrated communication and marketing channels with a particular focus on digital marketing (including SEO, SEM and SMM
• Working with digital agencies on SEO/SEM across key markets, coordination, implementation and performance tracking
• Coordinating design and production of a wide range of marketing collaterals; developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing;
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications;
• Assisting in developing synergies with external partners to elevate the company’s real estate marketing and for co-branding opportunities for our current projects
• Preparation of professional presentations, proposals with an eye for layout, content and formatting
• Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to all online media channels;
• Working with Management to develop Marketing Strategies for our division and upcoming projects;
• Interfacing with other HASD departments and stakeholders (PR and real estate agencies, investors, media, contractors, hospitality and events companies) and building relationships with them;
• Executing a wide variety of marketing campaigns that involve direct mail, EDM’s, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans;
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications;
• Researching competitors in Vietnam and abroad, developing case studies, references, and other research papers;
• Executing and analyzing results of all marketing campaigns and regular marketing channels such as website, digital channels, offline channels
• Assisting in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases; media planning for various projects at different stages
• Planning and managing marketing research efforts; working with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials;

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Min. 2 years experience working in Real Estate Project Sales and Marketing, Hospitality or Brand Marketing in agency or MNC
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, consumer psychology, business administration, real estate or related field;
• Open to both Vietnamese and Foreigners, Degree from an accredited institution in Vietnam or abroad
COMPETENCIES:
• Fluent English; Fluency in another language (Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese) is a major advantage
• Excellent writing, translation and presentation skills with computer proficiency;
• Experience in market research, branding, public relations and strategic marketing
• Creative, hardworking and team player, able to effectively communicate creative and innovative ideas;
• Past experience and knowledge of Vietnam or other Asian real estate, luxury or hospitality markets an advantage;
• Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing;
• Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member;
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative;
• Attention to detail; meticulous and responsible manner
• Must be willing to travel
