*TACTICAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
• Support to build and manage marketing strategy for their own brand name
• Directly involve to build and manage tactical and implementation plan for their own brand name
*Key responsibilities
• Creating, maintaining and evaluating marketing tactical plan aligned with strategic objectives assigned from Head of Marketing
• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. Lead the planning, development and execution of all brand’s campaign activities
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return‐on‐investment and profit‐loss projections.
• Evaluating competitors, identifying target customers, supporting sales and lead generation efforts
• Monitor and track campaigns success metrics; identify and action levers to improve performance. Manage freelance writers, designers, and video editors
• Researching demand for the organization's products and services
• Handling social media, public relation efforts

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or related field
• Experience with creating marketing tactical planning, marketing campaign
• Strong project management skills, results‐oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and lead a teams, Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
• Good understanding and experiences in public relation.
• Ability to quick adapt to change, proactive, motivated, positive attitude and sense of humor
• Performs well with competing priorities, multiple projects, and a virtual team. Detail‐oriented and strong follow‐through with a collaborative working style
• Proficiency written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with creating marketing tactical planning, marketing campaign
