Marketing Manager

1. Develop annual marketing plan, which includes marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution.
2. Lead Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media & other marketing activities (BTL, etc) in order to achieve company target.
3. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
4. Collaborate with other E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Sendo, etc : plan for advertise, budget, revenue and key selling SKUs.
5. Launch optimized online adverts and activities through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness
6. Manage the Website development: from the creation (design, development, maintenance) to the performance (SEO, SEM, Paid social)
7. Formulate effective product, pricing, promotion and channel strategies on a periodical basis based on a thorough market research and competitive analysis;
8. Design regular sales campaigns to help boost sales, including both regular and seasonal campaigns;
9. Oversee the implementation of strategies, plans and campaigns, measure their success and provide result reports on a regular basis;
10. Support and enable sales teams to reach their sales objectives by providing winning sales materials and tools;
11. Work closely with sales team to obtain market insights and competitors’ moves in order to fine-tune branding and marketing strategies effectively;
12. Work closely with headquarter’s product marketing teams to conduct proper new product launching campaigns in Vietnam market;
13. Organize product knowledge trainings for distribution partners and other business partners whenever necessary, including the preparation of proper training materials and venues to support such training events;
14. Lead the management of sales promoter teams, including recruiting, training and monitoring of their performances.
15. Provide effective coaching and mentoring for all team members.
16. Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner

1. Preferrably person with under 40 years of age;
2. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related fields;
3. A person with out-of-the-box creativity and pleasant personality who is also well organized and analytical in nature;
4. Highly motivated and able to work independently and/or with team under pressure.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, good leadership and managerial skills to deal effectively with seniors contact points
6. Minimum 3 years work experience in digital marketing and/or social media communications within Advertising Agency, FMCG, Home Appliance, Construction Material and /or relevant experience in online marketing in related industries
7. Knowledge or Experience in Home Appliance, Construction Material is an advantage
8. Good command in English (writing & speaking)
