Marketing Manager

• Implement Home Office Marketing Strategies with local-eye added contribution.
• Lead Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media & other marketing activities in order to achieve company target.
• Evaluate & lead new products & existing products launch/relaunch/post-analysis activities to drive market awareness & daily consumption.
• Conduct promotion programs, incentive programs and others to achieve objectives & targets.
• Provide latest market intelligence in order to suggest appropriate new product launch plan.
• Develop Media, Digital marketing & Branding campaigns/activities, following & localizing strategies from Home Office to achieve company target.
• Develop creative ideas as well as adapt POSMs from Home Office in compliance with corporate guidelines to ensure POSMs is effective to drive sales.
• In charge of branding tools, artworks, literatures for offices, sales programs, training events & marketing activities.
• Supervise & train subordinates in marketing plans & strategies to ensure the team clear about the corporate direction.
• Others as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience at Management level in Retail/FMCG/Direct Selling, business development or equivalent.
• Exposures in health care products or related industry is an advantage.
• Possess strong business acumen, leadership charisma and a dynamic personality.
• Able to work across boundaries, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, excellent presentation skills with Vietnam language, good command of Mandarin and English will be an advantage.
• Problem solving, decision making, strategic thinking, result-oriented and analytical skills.
