Marketing Manager

Zilingo is looking for a creative, out-of-the-box Marketing Manager who can take ownership of Zilingo's marketing efforts for B2B products. You’ll don many hats, ideate and drive marketing strategy for our Vietnam and Cambodia businesses, and work closely with our local Commercial Teams and the regional Marketing Team to achieve all business objectives. Our marketing initiatives range from branding to out-of-the-box growth hacking projects, on-ground activations, digital, CRM, partnerships, and more. We are going big and we’re looking for an ambitious, driven and hustler marketing professional to join the dream team!

Responsibilities:
- Be the owner and define go-to-market strategy for B2B products in your local market
- Own the full-stack marketing portfolio which includes branding to out-of-the-box growth hacking projects, on-ground activations, digital, CRM, partnerships, and more.
- Be the first team member of the Product Marketing team in your local market that will scale Zilingo’s marketing aggressively while building strong processes and foundation
- Track all marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement and growth
- A/B test and execute winning marketing strategies to generate leads, consideration, conversion and retention
- Work closely with regional marketing team and local advertising, event and PR agencies to communicate the Zilingo brand externally and build awareness and trust in your local market
- This role requires you to be a jack of all trades - you need to love Marketing and growth hacking and you need to be a hustler who can get stuff done by yourself, in an error-free, data-driven manner

- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business
- Three or more years of Marketing experience in Startup, Agencies or eCommerce
- Fluent written and spoken Vietnamese and English
- Experience in and/or ability to speak Vietnamese is desirable but not mandatory
- Prior experience in B2B and/or software-related marketing is a plus
