Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible, but not limited, towards followings:
- Work across local marketing stakeholders to drive local demand gen execution.
- Enable customer success and create VNG Cloud fans and brand advocates by understanding customers’ priorities and strategies to build and manage the overall marketing calendar aligned to portfolio.
- Ensure all relevant marketing executions are properly set up in systems and tools for tracking and reporting. Work closely with the Marketing team for marketing execution support.
- Understand overall program and content strategy, coordinate content reviews and approvals with local stakeholders to maximize local relevancy.
- Provide feedback relevant stakeholders for getting marketing quality improved.
- Leverage standard reporting dashboards to continually optimize performance across the marketing mix. Report back to local stakeholders on demand gen performance results and insights
- Manage and accomplishes marketing team’s objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating team‘s activities.

- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) required
- 7+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in technology marketing, with strong marketing operations background.
- Deep knowledge and experience with marketing to the technical/developer audience.
- Connected sales and marketing experience. Strong understanding of sales priorities and motivations and ability to advocate for marketing in conversations with sales organizations to ensure optimal customer experiences and success.
- Strong leadership presence and experience working with Sales leadership a must.
- Must be inspired by execution, particularly digital marketing, embrace Marketing Automation concepts, and be obsessed with delivering a compelling customer experience through relevant, connected customer engagement. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and lead process changes.
- Strong executive maturity, presence, and track record of marketing impact and influence. Exceptional oral and written communications skills; proven cross-group collaboration and enduring partnerships. Strong analytical capabilities.
