Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing the strategic planning, implementation and ongoing management of both paid and organic marketing strategies, processes and activities.
You will report directly to the CEO, and together with the CEO will be involved in researching, identifying and applying digital marketing strategies to targeted technology service verticals.
You will be responsible for managing, increasing and improving all aspects of the companies online presence including positioning, messaging, reputation monitoring, SEO, content and management of our social media channels and website.
You will work alongside in-house designers and developers to create digital marketing assets.
You will work alongside our HR team to increase our employer branding and exposure to local candidates for employment.
You will work with copywriters and stakeholders to build and execute a content pipeline to build awareness, authority and validation of the companies services including paid and organic distribution.
You will put processes around all marketing initiatives so that you may build a team to execute and scale the marketing efforts.
You will manage a monthly marketing budget and be able to quantify the success of each months marketing spend.
You will drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimisation tactics that consistently and continuously improve content conversion goals and efficiencies.
You will be able to collect, consolidate and analyse data to quantify success, justify, iterate and optimise marketing strategies.
