Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Working with Management and Sales department in developing online and offline Marketing activities of the company, including but not limited to print materials, event marketing activities, social media advertisement, SEO, etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop Marketing Plan and Budget for company’s products
• Manage Marketing team, Recruit, Train and Review team performance
• Manage production of a wide range of marketing communications;
• Be responsible for Marketing Team KPI and provide sufficient reporting for the BOD
• Ensure developing and implementation sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing;
• Managing company social media account and communicating and working with designers or design companies
• Ensure execution a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans;
• Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications;
• Writing/coordinating and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to website(s);
• Ensure production of multiple quarterly newsletters and distributing to email marketing list of companies;
• Writing, tracking and delivery of press releases;
• Monitoring online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of a company;
• Working with customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials;

• Experience working in Project Sales and Marketing within Ho Chi Minh;
• Bachelor’s degree in related field;
• Degree from an accredited institution

Competencies
• Fluent in Korean and English and/or Vietnamese
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Excellent writing, translation and presentation skills with computer proficiency;
• Creative, hardworking and team player, able to effectively communicate creative and innovative ideas;
• Extensive network of contacts in the VN media and ability to build strong working relationships to attain goals;
• Past experience and knowledge of Vietnam real estate market is a plus
• Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing;
• Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member;
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative;
