Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all marketing planning activities, including, but not limited to: preparing budgets, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, preparing annual business plan
- Assist in developing Sales and Marketing strategies
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Sales Showroom (The Manor Central Park) and support the sales team.
- Being the contact point for Marketing suppliers utilized (branding, design, video, etc) and liaise with these suppliers as per Director’s instruction
- Stays updated on general residential market activities and inform the Director accordingly
- Plan, organize and coordinate sales and marketing events
- Responsible for the design of and contribute ideas to marketing collaterals such as brochures and related collaterals, and arrange the related procurement
- Build relationships with media outlets and direct social media strategies
- Assist in developing Sales and Marketing strategies

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in Marketing, PR, Advertising or other related business fields, holding MBA is a plus
- At least three years’ experience in similar level; Able to prepare reports and budgeting and assist in overall Marketing planning; Sales and Marketing experience outside of the property sector also a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical skills and communication skills (English is essential)
- A good “team player”, career-minded and enthusiastic, ready to learn and ready to contribute to the growth of the Department and the Company
- Willing to travel far for short or long periods of time and working overtime if needed
