Marketing Manager

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Act as a marketing expert for the LEEP team, build budgets, analyze performance of campaigns and help develop unique and powerful marketing materials. Strive to develop new and better marketing campaigns through constant tracking and analyzation and strategic marketing plans that lead to LEEP.APP’s constant growth making it the leader of the industry.
Reports to:
*50% Marketing Responsibilities

- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Develop marketing strategy for the company ensuring it is in line with brand identity and values.
- Coordinate marketing activities and activations with other departments.
- Help build a clear marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Identifying new customers.
- Help Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
- Help organize conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Build brand awareness and positioning.
- Communicate marketing plan clearly.
- Assist with each marketing campaign from start to finish.

*30% Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop, design and manage online display advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Update existing website using smooth content management system.
- Research, develop and implement new online and offline strategy to drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor online traffic to highlight areas for search and/or website improvement.
- Optimize and manage SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Focus clearly on onsite performance in order to identify business opportunities to better support engagement, commercialization and monetization of the platform
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for performance management and onsite metrics.

*20% Other Responsibilities
- Work with Creative/Social team regularly to ensure all areas of brand output are saying the same message
- Work with PT team as needed to coordinate strategy message and clearly understand the role of LEEP Experts
- Other tasks as asked by direct report.

- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Communications
- 3-5 years of working experience within digital marketing/marketing;
- Understands the market and customer’s behavior on relevant platforms, experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Highly Analytical and Performance Driven;
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong creative outlook.
- Strong decision-making skills.
