Mô tả công việc

Position Purpose & Summary:
- Partner with commercial team to execute the Vietnam shrimp and fish go-to-market strategy/plan
- Manage species/product lines/SKUs portfolio and profitability, and develop strategic marketing plan for key sub-species and product lines; expected growth/margin/performance, value proposition, competitive positioning, pricing suggestion etc)
- Lead the development and launching process of new product, solution and service from idea generation based on customer unmet needs, to developing and introducing to the market, working with multi-functional team
- Manage tactical marketing activities and budget (annual marketing calendar, key marketing materials (leaflet, video, etc) and trade shows

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Marketing Planning
a. Market Insight: By multiple sources of searching(Included internal Sales Channel leverage), understanding the Aqua market trend, customer insight(Farmer unmet need, burning issue, new idea..) & competitor movement to define key marketing focus areas in mid – short term.
b. Partner with commercial team & provide local market insight to TVN Strategic Marketing Lead for local GTM & Marketing strategy development.
c. Build annual marketing activities in Master Plan & Marketing Budgeting.
d. Be assigned to lead mid – short term marketing projects in local market(if any).
2. Marketing Deployment
a. Partner with cross functions includes Commercial, TA, FSQR, Operation… to implement GTM & marketing strategy in local market.
b. Lead key promotional & brand communication material design( Leaflet, Brochure, Bag package, Video..ect) to ensure consistent content & brand message under Cargill guidance.
c. Lead or support key activities to promote brand and product such as Tradeshow, Aqua Fair/Exhibition Conference, ..or other communicational channels
d. Partner with commercial operation & support team to execution marketing activities in local market.
3. Product & portfolio management
a. Lead the processes of local new product, solution, service (NSS) development.
b. Manage VN NPSS launch & pipeline – track & & improve NPSS result vs target setting.
c. Improve & manage product species/sub species/product line/SKUs portfolio and its profitability.
d. Periodically review & optimize product assortment to improve efficiency.
4. Product value proposition and brand communication
a. Lead & partner with TAM, Commercial to develop & build competitive advantage for product, feeding program, service/solution value proposition in right targeting competitor & customer segmentation.
b. Recommend farm pricing in value positioning for money.
c. Lead & partner with TAM, Commercial to define & develop product/NPSS Key Feature & Benefit – RTB & conduct training to sales team.
d. Generate ideas & develop brand communicational concepts to promote brands, Solution & Services…

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing related field
- At least 8 years experience and proven track record in Marketing function including trading marketing, product marketing or category manager, at least 2 years experience in leading the marketing or strategic project with multi-function. Have experience in introducing/launching new products or service to the market
- Strategic thinking, analystic skills and stakeholder management skills are required
- Business acumen and financial perspective
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt into Aquaculture industry
- Resulted-driven behavior, optimistic, independent and initiator
- Good communication and presentation skill, English required
- Ability to articulate go-to-market approach (vision, whom to target, what to deliver and how to win)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in continuous improvement, animal nutrition, food processing or FMCG
- 3 years in leading trade marketing or product marketing, leading various stakeholders or building marketing plan from scratch are plus
