JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Marketing manager includes the following responsibilities in support one of the fastest growing market at Softline – Emerging Market (Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar).
We’re looking for a motivated, passionate marketer to fuel our continued success to create marketing campaign and lead generation activities for our sales teams. You should have expertise with Integrated Marketing, including online, email, and supporting tele-prospecting. Strong communication skills and the ability to create powerful content is vital. Need a close interaction and coordination with the inside sales, sales, sales operations teams and marketing vendors.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with global marketing teams, to build compelling content, offer and program that engages our customers
• Evaluate and develop regional marketing strategy, marketing plan and perform, including through agencies, for the PR, event and digital marketing campaign.
• Create digital strategies to enhance brand awareness and accelerate pipeline for Emerging Markets
• Create a strong customer DB and split it among different target categories to create focused campaigns
• Drive leads through management of website updates, eDM, social media platforms, online advertising and SEM/SEO.
• Partner with sales team to drive customer success stories, reference building activities and not limited to help Sales team with presentation materials
• Accomplish and achieve the marketing campaigns within budget, timeline and outcome
• Proof read all printing and online materials to ensure accuracy.

• You should have at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• 5 years and more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• Digital marketing experience is crucial (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media etc)
• Experience in event planning and management
• Energetic, high accountability, strong spirit
• It would be beneficial to include information on projects handled/involved
