Marketing Manager

***Main Tasks:
- Build annual Marketing Plan & calibrating monthly and send it to the brand for confirmation (Marketing Calendar)

- ATL detailed planning
● Taking responsibilities for Media Plan and the material such as layout, image, capacity of the file.
● Guideline for the raising awareness for the brand via Cross-Marketing activities with partners: which partners is suitable, how will we collaborate, what is the impact of media as well as What are sales activities?
● Direct and plan to approach appropriate KOLs for brands and each advertising campaign.
● Plan activities, events, store activities: working with partner suppliers for decoration, activities at the stores, initiate activities for all staffs, monitoring the effectiveness of activities.
● Take responsibility for the content of media information transmitted to external parties: product’s content, information of events and promotions, leaflet, brochure and E-Newsletter.
● Work strictly with Visual Merchandising executive in Marketing campaigns
● Assure internal communication as a key channel
● Build annual plan for press launching overall and in-depth, collaborate strictly and follow the guideline of Hong Kong. Discuss carefully with all members for accurate performance.

- BLT Detailed planning:
● Direct communication activities in campaigns such as: direct mailer, e-newsletter, SMS
● Building incentive policy for staff in each Marketing campaign to push overall sales
● Direct and build Promotion programs monthly for reaching the discussed target

WEBSITE/ FACEBOOK
● Responsible for communicating information on Website/Facebook. Instruct carefully for staff in charge of uploading information on website and Facebook.

ASSIST BM
● Assist BM in managing brand from Product, Human Resources, Administration, Sales, Training, VM,...
● Work with internal and external brand partners in every assigned activities such as Malls, Contractors, Suppliers,...

MEETING
● Attend weekly meetings with BOD
● Attend periodic meetings with Hong Kong
● Attend meetings with Store Manager and Office

REPORT
● Marketing Calendar
● Advertising & Marketing Budget
● Promotion Report
● OMP + Promotion Calculation Sheet
● Monthly Clipping
● Event Report
● Award Summary & Celebrity Coverage

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good at English
- Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Can traveling
- Good at communication
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Diploma/Bachelor of business administration or related majors
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Retail Cosmetics
