Mô tả công việc
PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):
In charge of Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media & other Marketing Activities in order to achieve company target.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part 1 – POSM adaptation & inventory monitoring
1. Adaptation of POSMs from HQ in compliance with corporate guidelines to ensure POSMs are effective to drive sales
2. Track inventory and assist manager to suggest promotion in order to maintain healthy inventory level to make sure effective Inventory to be maintained healthy level
Part 2 – Product performance & marketing activities execution
1. Work closely with Sales team on executing Promotions of the current products to meet departmental objectives and targets as per marketing plans.
2. Lead marketing activities for new products to meet departmental objectives and targets as per marketing plans (develop launching plan & get HQ Marketing approval, develop & adapt branding tools, coordinate with Legal/Sales/OPS for forecast, product license registration, stock availability, promotion registration, training material translation & adaption..., make post-analysis).
3. Coordinate with Legal department to develop marketing claims on new product labels in compliance with corporate guidelines as well as market demand
4. Collect product feedback and testimonies for both existing and new products from field/ market and ensure their timely dissemination and effective communication across the channels.
5. Conduct panel test on new products, market research, competitors analysis and solicit relevant information to prepare a solid Product presentation for both new and existing products assigned, and update it from time to time to ensure relevance and as deemed required.
6. Conduct post-promotion analysis quarterly
7. Research competitors and collect market intelligence in order to suggest appropriate pricing system for new products launched in VN market and price increase in compliance with inflation and competition to make sure of all are accurate and responsive to the marketplace and to make sure of report figures and information are correct.
a. Quarterly update on products from competition - price, fill size, basic descriptions to make sure we have good and competent product portfolio
b. Competition tracking (both direct selling and retail brands) in terms of all new launches, pricing, promotion etc.
Part 3 – Branding
• Lead Branding campaign to enhance Elken Vietnam brand to public
• Monitor production of business materials or office look in compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
• In charge of branding tools, artworks, literatures for Offices, DMPs, Sales events
Part 4 – Social Media & Communication
• Develop Social Media campaign on Facebook, Zalo, Youtube… to achieve the target of reach, engaged, like, share
• Monitor marketing content in website, business collaterals
• Enhance & monitor E-shop website for distributors & customers
• Other communication activities (news release, social activities, etc.)

Qualification
1. Possess minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Management or in a related discipline
Experience
1. Minimum of 3 years working experience in product management and marketing (in either health supplements/ cosmetics/ personal care/ consumer goods / home appliances products)
2. Experience of planning and organizing for new product launches, promotion road shows and events
3. Exposure in the MLM Industry would be an added advantage
Skills & Knowledge
1. Analytical and Creative
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Good working knowledge of Excel for analysis and Power Point for marketing presentations
Behavioral Traits – State the type of personality required to fit the job
1. A Team player and enjoys working as part of a team
2. People oriented; able to interact with people at all levels
