Mô tả công việc
1) Internal system:
- Setup internal Marketing system, including procedures, team (if any).
- Setup the corporation with partners, vendors to improve Marketing plan.
- Setup the corporation with Government Departments and be contact point of company for related concerns.
2) Work Operation:
2.1 Marketing Strategy:
- Based on business strategy, propose and create Marketing plan in the short-middle- long term.
- Research market, collect and analyse information about products, competitors to improve Marketing and brand plans.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for a new product in the Vietnam market, including: brand strategy, business development, corporate partnership.
- Analyze market and capacity of partners to propose new partners.
- Develop partner relationships with providers and partners necessary for business development.
2.2 Coorporation with key partner in order to improve sales plan.
- Coorporate with key partner in order to improve sales target.
- Implement Marketing activities in order to improve company brand name.
2.3 Report and budget system:
- Manage forecast and budget for the operation of business development team.
2.4 Others:
- Any others additional task and duties as required by the GM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing, 03 years of experience at same position.
- Strategic thinker able to plan and execute campaigns.
- Strong ability in presentation and communication of idea in both Vietnamese and English.
- Detailed, customer oriented and multitasking person.
- Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team working spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing, 03 years of experience at same position.
- Strategic thinker able to plan and execute campaigns.
- Strong ability in presentation and communication of idea in both Vietnamese and English.
- Detailed, customer oriented and multitasking person.
- Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team working spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
