Job Purpose:
• Develop total marketing strategy in line with Fico-YTL strategies and guidelines to effectively support market aspirations
• Develop and implement marketing plan ensuring achievement of strategic objectives and optimal usage of allocated budgets
• Measure effectiveness of marketing activities
Key Accountability:
* Develop commercial marketing strategy:
• Build marketing and commercial strategy to support Fico-YTL to achieve short and long term business objectives with a close view on long term market development and change in customer behaviors
• Key focus on brand building and channel management, including activation below-the-line
• Keep reviewing and fine-tuning strategy as market environment evolves Encourage innovation/ new idea
* Implement marketing plan and manage marketing budget:
• Develop and lead the both brand and trade teams to execute detailed yearly marketing plan for all marketing activities in line with marketing strategy
• Manage and control yearly marketing budget
• Manage relationship with 3rd party suppliers effectively (advertising agency, research agency etc.) and evaluate their performance regularly.
• Ensure alignment with group’s guidelines and maintain close relationship with Corporate Branding team
* Lead, coach & develop the Brand Communications team:
• Coach & develop people to assure good and effective functioning of team and succession planning
* Measure effectiveness of Marketing Activities:
• Regularly measure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities and marketing spend
* Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility:
• Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialog

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Skill and Knowledge
- Minimum 10 years branding and trade marketing experience
- Understands communications and channel strategies
- Experience in managing external parties such as agencies
* Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business or relevant subjects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Word, Power point
- SAP
- TOEIC: 600 at least
* RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably 3-4 years with direct reports
