Marketing Manager (Investor)

• Managing all marketing and sales activities for the company within the marketing department (in real estate field).
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share and competitor's strengths and weakness; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
• Other duties as assigned by Marketing Director.

Salary range: Negotiable
Work location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

• About 5 years of experience in market research or sales agency management (in real estate sector).
• At least Bachelor’s degree in University (Higher degree will be preferred).
• To be fluent in English (both verbal and written and overseas experience in English speaking country will be preferred)
